Why choose Optirat Plus?
Optirat Plus System’s unique motor-free carousel design provides the highest and most ergonomic cage density. With it’s extended top it gives cage height the animals require for their reach and stretch behaviour.
Our microenvironments are free of noise, vibration, and ultrasound. Our patented airflow system directs and filters room air through the cages and racks directly into the building’s HVAC exhaust system. This system creates a calm, laminar airflow that provides an environment ideal for housing, experiments, and breeding.
Our pie-shaped cage has been enhancing rodent life since 1997. Results obtained from Animal Care Systems cages are reliable, advantageous, and trouble-free.
Only cage we know of where filtered room air gently enters the front of the cage and exits the rear; taking with it allergens, odours and excess vapor. A dryer cage is a happy cage. Since the rack is hooked up to the room exhaust the cages are kept at a negative pressure to the technician occupants. There is no need for motorized, electrical or electronic devices close to your lab animals.
